Tickets for Good raises €4.5 million to expand internationally and create jobs in Sheffield
UK startup Tickets for Good has secured €4.5 million to launch operations abroad, a move backed by the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund II.
Tickets for Good, a British startup connecting key workers with affordable live event tickets, raised €4.5 million to fund its international expansion plan. The capital comes from NPIF II – Mercia Equity Finance, managed by Mercia Ventures within the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund II. This round also includes support from Shaping Impact Group, Finance Yorkshire, Leansquare, and private investors. The funds will enable the company to create 10 new positions in Sheffield over the next three years. CEO Steve Rimmer stated that the investment reflects confidence in their team and partners as they help connect more people with live events he helped start. He noted the venture has already supported over one million individuals experiencing previously missed concerts. The financing follows recent activity from EU-Startups, which highlighted similar European investments in event technology during its 2026 coverage.
