Paris startup Actionable secures €8.6 million in funding round
Actionable raised €8.5 million, valued at approximately $10 million, led by Hi inov and pre-seed investor Axeleo Capital to expand its AI-driven customer satisfaction platform.
Paris-based startup Actionable has secured €8.5 million ($10 million) in new capital to scale its artificial intelligence platform. The funds will support the expansion of a tool designed to predict large enterprise customers who are likely to leave, complain, or make repeat purchases. Hi inov led this investment round, increasing its existing stake alongside pre-seed investor Axeleo Capital. Co-founder and CEO Valérie Gombart of Hi inov stated that the value shift is moving from data collection to intelligence. She noted that enterprises struggle because they lack a layer that explains data and proposes action plans for both human teams and AI systems. Actionable claims its technology predicts daily customer satisfaction across entire client bases. The company was founded in 2024 by Nans Thomas and Nicolas Rieul. Thomas previously served as chief product officer at Innovorder and founded Wino, a platform for local retailers. Rieul held general management roles at Criteo and chaired the French digital industry association Alliance Digitale. He observed that large French companies lacked actionable insights from their Net Promoter Score (NPS) and churn programs.
