Tambourah Metals ramps up drilling at 1m gold intercepts in WA's Bryah Basin and Pilbara
ASX:TMB increases exploration intensity after securing significant high-grade gold results in Western Australia.
Tambourah Metals (ASX:TMB) is accelerating its exploration efforts in Western Australia following successful drill results. The company reported a 1-meter interval grading 126 grams per tonne of gold at the Beatty Park South prospect in the Bryah Basin. Additional results included a 1-meter interval at 97.6 grams per tonne of gold within the Pilbara's historical Tambourah goldfield. Drilling operations are intensifying across multiple targets while awaiting data from recent core and rock drill surveys. Deeper diamond drilling is scheduled to commence at Beatty Park South soon, with outcomes from other prospects remaining pending. This activity follows prior major discoveries in the region, including Sandfire Resources' 2009 DeGrussa find in the Bryah Basin and De Grey Mining's 13.2 million ounce Hemi deposit in the Pilbara. These geological areas continue to attract attention from Australian explorers seeking new high-grade gold resources.
