Ariana Resources sends eight tonnes of Dokwe gold samples to Xinhai for testing in China

Ariana Resources has finished metallurgical drilling operations at the Dokwe gold project in Zimbabwe. Eight tonnes of representative samples from the site are currently located in Yantai, China, where they will undergo analysis by Xinhai Mining Services. The testing is scheduled to begin once assays arrive and aims to refine processing parameters for the company's definitive feasibility study. The 2026 metallurgical program consisted of 15 diamond holes totaling 2,822 meters across Dokwe North and Dokwe Central. All samples were collected from Ariana's existing resource and tested to define technical inputs required for the next engineering phase. Technical completion is targeted for the first quarter of 2027. This effort follows an updated pre-feasibility study released in May, which revised the project metrics upward. The company increased the Dokwe North ore reserve by 42% to 1.13 million ounces and raised the total mineral resource estimate to 1.6 million ounces. The original plan outlined a 2.5 million ton-per-year production capacity with an initial open-pit phase.
