Authorities confirmed no injuries or property damage resulted from the launches. The weapons moved eastward from Wonsan. This occurred immediately after Freedom Edge, a five-day trilateral exercise involving South Korea, the United States, and Japan concluded on Friday. The drill took place in international waters near Jeju Island from September 7 to September 11. Military leaders stated the exercise aimed to improve deterrence and response capabilities against Pyongyang's nuclear and missile programs.
