stc Bahrain has signed a strategic partnership with Tata Consultancy Services to transform its IT operations. The deal, announced at the LEAP 2026 conference in Riyadh, focuses on introducing managed services and advanced automation. This initiative aims to build a scalable and resilient digital infrastructure for the telecommunications provider. Under the agreement, TCS will integrate its telecommunications experience and digital capabilities into stc Bahrain's core framework. The collaboration targets streamlining processes to help the operator respond faster to changing customer needs. Khalid Al Osaimi, chief executive of stc Bahrain, stated that embedding these global practices would strengthen resilience, agility, and efficiency in delivering digital services. He emphasized that the program supports longer-term growth. The companies confirmed specific areas for improvement include organizational agility, system reliability, and service delivery. However, they did not disclose the financial value, duration, or detailed implementation timetable of the agreement.
