The National Housing Corporation (NHC) has confirmed plans to invest approximately $880 million in a large-scale data center project located in Riyadh. This capital expenditure signals a strategic pivot for the state-owned enterprise, moving beyond digital platform development into the construction of deep technical infrastructure essential for the real estate sector. The new facility will support artificial intelligence, advanced data analytics, and geospatial technologies designed to manage end-user journeys across housing search, financing, ownership, and municipal service management.
