Prestige Estates targets Rs 5,600 crore revenue from new Gurugram housing project
The Indian real estate firm entered a joint venture to build a residential complex in Gurugram with an estimated saleable area of 2.8 million square feet and potential revenue of Rs 5,600 crore.
Prestige Estates has signed a joint development agreement with a landowner to construct a new housing project in Gurugram. Regulatory filings confirm the company acquired a 17.14-acre parcel in Sector 109 to expand its portfolio. The planned development covers approximately 2.8 million square feet, which is expected to generate Rs 5,600 crore in revenue. This move aligns with the company's strategy to grow within the Delhi-NCR region. Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Group, stated that the firm's entry into this market segment last year received an encouraging response. The company already manages active development in Ghaziabad and is preparing a launch for Noida. As of June 2026, Prestige Group has delivered 319 projects totaling 216 million square feet, with a pipeline of 137 projects across 229 million square feet.
