Manhattan Gold hit 5.35g/t gold at Jaws target in Nunavut

Manhattan Gold Corporation achieved a significant high-grade gold hit during its maiden drilling campaign at the Hook Lake project in Nunavut, Canada. The latest results show a shallow discovery of 15.24 metres grading 5.35 grams per tonne from a depth of 35.05 metres. This zone is part of a larger 74.67-metre section containing gold at an average grade of 1.61g/t. A second hole yielded 7.62 metres at 7.05g/t from 82.3 metres within a broader 51.82-metre segment grading 1.88g/t. Mineralization was also confirmed at depth with 24.38 metres at 1.15g/t starting from 204.22 metres downhole. These findings materially expanded the footprint of the gold-bearing system at Jaws, extending it over 290 metres to the northeast and reaching a total drill-tested strike length of 588 metres. The geological system has also been confirmed vertically to a depth of 223 metres, surpassing previous drilling limits. Eric Sondergaard, technical advisor for Manhattan Gold Corporation, stated that these results materially strengthen the case for both scale and grade at the project.
