Dell and Armada sign Saudi edge infrastructure partnership at LEAP 2026

Dell Technologies and Armada signed a memorandum of understanding to develop containerized mobile and edge data center solutions across Saudi Arabia. The companies announced the partnership during LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, establishing a framework that merges Dell's enterprise hardware stack with Armada's specialized mobile systems. This initiative targets organizations requiring computing and storage capacity close to operations, specifically in energy, telecommunications, manufacturing, and public infrastructure sectors. Placing compute resources near data generation aims to support real-time edge artificial intelligence applications and improve operational continuity in locations where conventional data centers are difficult to establish or operate. The agreement does not disclose the value of planned investments, customer commitments, deployment volumes, or a commercial rollout timetable. Dell plans to reach enterprise customers through its authorized regional channel partner network.
