Claret Capital Partners closes €575 million Fund IV, raising total capital to €1.3 billion

London's Claret Capital Partners finalized the close of its fourth European growth fund for €575 million. The move brings the firm's cumulative raised capital since inception to €1.3 billion.

Claret Capital Partners announced the final close of its Claret European Growth Capital Fund IV today. The fund has successfully raised €575 million, exceeding its original target of €500 million. This total consists of €440 million in direct commitments and €135 million from an affiliated discretionary mandate. The fundraising attracted institutional investors, including pension plans, insurance companies, family offices, and private wealth investors. These new funds are now part of Claret's overall capital raised since inception, which stands at €1.3 billion.

David Bateman, Managing Partner at Claret Capital Partners, stated that the result validates their approach and demonstrates strong confidence in European technology, life sciences, and impact ecosystems. Since 2013, the firm has invested over €1.5 billion through its various funds. This investment activity supports more than 210 companies operating across the technology, life sciences, and impact sectors. Claret continues to look for high-quality opportunities in Europe while actively deploying existing capital.
