Sogeclair, Neurones and HighCo report mixed half-year performance in early 2026

French tech and retail firms released their first-half 2026 results on September 9. Sogeclair saw net profit rise to €0.3M while Neurones achieved €6.9% net profit. HighCo reported adjusted headline PBIT up 25% to €6.32M.

French companies Sogeclair, Neurones, and HighCo released their first-half 2026 financial results on September 9. SOGECLAIR reported turnover of €78.1M, down €2.5M from the previous year. Its EBITDA reached €6.2M, an increase of €1.1M or 21.4% compared to H1 2025. Net profit rose by €1.1M to €0.3M. The Board approved these unaudited IFRS statements after meeting on September 7th.

NEURONES announced revenues of €454.8M, up from €424.3M in H1 2025. Operating income hit €41.7M, a significant increase of €9.6M or 19.9% year-over-year. Net profit after tax grew to €31.2M, representing a 6.9% margin and up €25.2M from the prior period. The group held approximately 7,400 staff at the end of the six-month cycle.

HIGHCO posted an adjusted headline PBIT of €6.32M, up 25% to €6.32M on a reported basis. Adjusted attributable net income reached €5M, up 29.5%. Growth in the Retail Activation division hit 22.3% reported growth, while Retail Media surged 137.7% reported. International business declined by 20%, contrasting with France activity which rose 33.7%. Adjusted operating margins settled at 16.1%.
