India-based ChefKart Hospitality raised its revenue by 224 percent year-to-date in 2026, reaching approximately US$687,000. The company is currently in acquisition talks with GreetEat Corporation.
GreetEat Corporation announced today that it has entered into a binding letter of intent to acquire ChefKart Hospitality Private Limited, an Indian home-chef technology platform. The announcement coincided with the release of ChefKart's financial report for the period ending July 31, 2026. During January through July 2026, the company recognized revenue of ₹6.52 crore, which converts to approximately US$687,000. This figure represents a 224% increase compared to the same seven-month period in the prior year. The YTD revenue for 2026 has already exceeded ChefKart's total annual revenue reported for 2025, which was ₹4.83 crore or roughly US$509,000. Historical unit economics data released alongside this report indicate an average order value of ₹550 and a gross margin of 38% for the full year 2025.
