Smartworld Developers secures Rs 800 crore funding for Gurugram projects

Smartworld Developers secured Rs 800 crore in funding from Kotak Realty Fund on Friday. The funds will support construction for Phase I of Smartworld Sky Arc and Trump Residences in Sector 69, Gurugram. In this phase, Kotak Realty Fund is investing approximately Rs 800 crore into the two ongoing projects. Smartworld Developers stated that total expected sales revenue for both projects reaches Rs 8,200 crore. The Trump Residences project consists of 298 units with a combined saleable area of 12 lakh square feet. This partnership marks an expansion beyond previous collaborations where M3M India and Smartworld launched the ultra-luxury Trump brand project last April with around Rs 2,200 crore in investment. These properties join numerous other developments constructed by M3M India and Smartworld Developers across Delhi-NCR and surrounding cities.
