The agreement targets artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, and energy, with the United Arab Emirates aiming to diversify its economy beyond oil. A specific portion of the funds is directed at Bavaria, a key industrial hub, totaling 10 billion euros. This investment includes capacity for roughly 1 gigawatt of new data centers.
