China's Yuanbao Inc. reported second-quarter earnings showing strong growth driven by AI adoption, with revenues rising significantly compared to the prior year.
Yuanbao Inc. (NASDAQ: YB) announced unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, revealing a substantial increase in both revenue and profitability. The company reported total revenues of RMB1,392.2 million (US$205.2 million), which represents a 30.1% year-over-year rise from the previous period's RMB1,069.9 million. Net income reached RMB413.2 million (US$60.9 million), marking a 35.6% increase compared to RMB304.7 million in Q2 2025. Consequently, the net income margin stood at 29.7%, up from 28.5% last year. Additionally, net operating cash inflow hit RMB419.1 million (US$61.8 million). To support this growth, Yuanbao has been expanding multimodal AI technology applications across its insurance business scenarios. The firm utilizes proprietary knowledge systems to process unstructured data, including images, documents, videos, and text, enhancing its ability to analyze complex content for claims assistance services.
