Unofficial market data indicates strong demand for Vinod Texworld, which carries a grey-market premium of approximately 16%. This translates to an estimated listing price of Rs 109 per share against its issue price of Rs 94. The Amtech Esters IPO also commands a premium, while Infrax Renewable shows no grey-market premium and could list at flat prices. The Vinod Texworld issue consists of a fresh allotment of 45.56 lakh shares priced at Rs 42.83 crore. Retail investors must bid for minimum two lots of 1,200 shares each. The final basis of allotment is expected on September 15, and shares may debut on the National Stock Exchange SME platform on September 17.
