Hany Magdy, Governor of the New Valley Governorate, inspected the Research Lands area in the Hope neighborhood of Al-Kashata today. He met with Muhammad Kaja, Vice Governor; Ghada Metwally, Head of the Center; and Darya Dawidar, Director-General of Urban Planning. The group discussed the proposal to build a distinctive residential community on this site. Magdy ordered officials to prepare a comprehensive design and urban planning proposal. The plan must maximize space usage while balancing residential blocks with green areas. It must include suitable spaces for essential services, gardens, recreational zones, and sports facilities open to the public. She emphasized designing varied units and sizes to meet the needs of different demographic groups. Her goal is to create an integrated living environment.
