Egypt Prime Minister states unemployment has reached its lowest levels thanks to new projects in the Suez Canal Economic Zone.

Dr. Mustafa Madbouli, Egypt's Prime Minister, announced that the unemployment rate has reached its lowest levels. He attributed this achievement to the expansion of major projects and economic zones, specifically highlighting recent developments in the Suez Canal Economic Zone. During a press conference held after inaugurating new construction sites in the Sakhne Industrial Area, Madbouli stated that large-scale initiatives across the republic have generated additional opportunities for young people. He clarified that employment roles created by these economic zones extend beyond traditional positions and noted rising wage levels in several industrial sectors. Madbouli also indicated that recent openings provide careers for graduates of technical schools and engineering programs. The Prime Minister emphasized that government investment in infrastructure has directly contributed to the current decline in joblessness figures.
