Bit2Me has established a specialized unit designed to assist law enforcement in tracing cryptocurrency assets. This new division formalizes previous operational activities conducted by the platform. During 2025, the exchange processed cryptocurrency funds totaling 1.5 million euros that were seized and handed over to agencies such as Interpol and Europol. The newly formed team aims to continue this work by leveraging these existing holdings to support ongoing investigations. Bit2Me stated the initiative builds directly upon those past operations involving international bodies. The unit focuses specifically on supporting agencies in their efforts to identify and follow crypto transactions linked to seized funds.
