Alliance Entertainment Posts 8% Revenue Rise to $1.15 Billion for Fiscal Year Ending June 2026

Alliance Entertainment Holding Corporation announced its fiscal year results for the period ending June 30, 2026. Total net revenue reached $1.15 billion, marking an 8% increase compared to $1.063 billion in the previous year. Gross profit rose 15% to $152.3 million, expanding the gross margin by 80 basis points to 13.3%. Net income came to $13.1 million, or $0.26 per diluted share. Adjusted EBITDA grew 14% to $41.5 million. Specific revenue streams showed distinct growth: vinyl sales increased 13% to $383 million, CD revenue rose 25% to $156 million, and physical movie revenue climbed 22%.
