The San Jose, California-based entity has selected Barclays, Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, and Morgan Stanley as underwriters. Although three of these parties are confirmed in the lineup, the specific order among them remains unfinalized. Silver Lake, Citi, Intel, and other parties declined to comment on the developments.
