The Deepa Jewellers IPO received a strong investor response on its final day, with overall subscriptions reaching 42.61 times the offer size of 1.85 crore shares. The company plans to raise Rs 459.72 crore through a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS). Rs 250 crore will come from the fresh issue, while Rs 209.72 crore will be raised from OFS involving 1.18 crore shares. Grey market premiums currently sit at 13%, down from 25% on Wednesday and 11% previously cited in related coverage. Share allotment is scheduled for September 4, with the company listing on both the BSE and NSE on September 8, 2026. The subscription window remains open until September 3, 2026. Retail Individual Investors subscribed at an average of 6.55 times. Non-institutional investors subscribed 105.96 times. Qualified institutional buyers subscribed 37.01 times their reserved portion. The retail investor portion showed a higher subscription rate compared to the overall average.
