Accenture leases 2.72 lakh sq ft at House of Hiranandani for Rs 1.9 crore monthly rent
A global tech giant signed a ten-year lease with a Mumbai real estate firm to occupy Grade-A space at a new tower in Thane.
Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd finalized a long-term commercial lease with House of Hiranandani, a Mumbai-based real estate group. The agreement covers 2.72 lakh sq ft of Grade-A office space located within the Centaurus commercial tower in the Thane sector of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The deal includes a monthly rental payment of Rs 1.9 crore. Over the full ten-year tenure, House of Hiranandani will receive total payments nearing Rs 269 crore. JLL India acted as the facilitator for this transaction. The commercial campus currently houses major tenants such as Tata Consultancy Services, BNP Paribas, and ICICI Bank. The 21-storey tower comprises a built-up area of 1.9 million sq ft and sits within a 375-acre township project.
