The National Stock Exchange sets a high price band for its Rs 22,561-crore IPO while Manika Plastech offers open today commanding significant grey market interest. Prasol Chemicals subscription stands at 3.47 times before expected allotment updates.

The National Stock Exchange has announced an IPO price band of Rs 1,700 to Rs 1,785 per share for a book-built issue valued at Rs 22,561.57 crore if fully subscribed. The offering remains an Offer For Sale (OFS), meaning the exchange itself receives no proceeds, with selling shareholders including SBI and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. Subscription is open from September 17 to September 21, 2026, with retail investors allocated 35% of the issue.

Separately, Manika Plastech began subscription on September 11, 2026, as a Rs 125.50 crore book-built issue priced between Rs 40 and Rs 43 per share. Investors are currently paying a 30% premium in the grey market, suggesting a potential listing price near Rs 56. The company plans to list on both exchanges on September 21, 2026.

Prasol Chemicals concluded subscription on September 10, 2026, after being subscribed three and a half times overall. While the issuer shows no grey market premium yet, subscribers await basis of allotment decisions scheduled for today before shares debut on September 16, 2026.
