Broadcom reports fiscal Q3 revenue growth of 86% to $29.6 billion with AI semiconductor income surging 221%

Broadcom recorded substantial quarterly gains driven by artificial intelligence demand, setting aggressive long-term targets while facing valuation concerns.

Broadcom reported fiscal third-quarter revenue of approximately $29.6 billion, representing an 86% increase compared to the same period last year. Artificial intelligence semiconductor revenue reached $16.7 billion in Q3, a 221% rise year-on-year. The company anticipates fourth-quarter AI semiconductor income will hit roughly $21.7 billion, marking about 236% growth annually. Looking further ahead, Broadcom expects total AI semiconductor revenue to approach $58 billion by the end of fiscal year 2026. Semiconductor Solutions revenue climbed 127% to $20.8 billion, supported by strong demand for AI accelerators and networking products. The company generated $13.7 billion in free cash flow during the period. Despite these gains, Broadcom faces pressure from elevated valuations and high investor expectations. Custom AI silicon remains a primary driver of expansion, though margin pressure continues to be a key concern for analysts monitoring the stock.
