The IPO for Steamhouse India concluded with a high level of demand from non-institutional investors. By 1 pm on Day 3, the total issue was subscribed 8.36 times against a supply of 3.76 crore shares. Retail Individual Investors showed particular enthusiasm, subscribing to 8.82 times their reserved allocation of 1.88 crore shares. The grey market premium stood at Rs 23 per share, signaling expectations of an 28% gain above the upper price band of Rs 81. This premium suggests significant investor confidence in the company's listing performance before it officially debuts on September 17, 2026. Promoter Vishal Sanwarprasad Budhia is selling his 61 crore share value via an offer for sale. Equirus Capital Ltd acts as the book-running lead manager while Kfin Technologies serves as a manager. The company raised Rs 353 crore through a fresh issue with a face value of Rs 2 per share.
