Mann Fleet Partners Secures SEBI Nod for $355 Million IPO Raise
Chauffeur rental group Mann Fleet Partners received regulatory approval to raise funds via an Initial Public Offering consisting of a fresh issue and offer-for-sale.
Mann Fleet Partners obtained final approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to proceed with its initial public offering. The proposed IPO includes a fresh issue of 60.12 lakh equity shares and an offer-for-sale component totaling 19.10 lakh shares from promoters and individual investors. Draft documents confirm the company intends to utilize raised capital for debt repayment and general corporate purposes. SEBI reviewed preliminary filings submitted in June and provided observations on September 8, marking a critical phase before the public issue launches. The mobility services provider operates rental networks for economy, premium, and luxury vehicles. Its service reach encompasses 86 cities across six countries, including India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the United States, Sri Lanka, and England. Additionally, it serves 80 cities domestically in India through its established chauffeur network targeting corporate clients, governments, and event organizers.
