Onward Medical ARC-EX Sales Surge 430% in First Half of 2026

Onward Medical N.V. announced its financial and operating results for the first half of 2026 today. The company reported strong growth in commercial traction, with 159 ARC-EX® Systems sold or supplied through paid evaluations. This figure represents a 430% year-over-year increase in units distributed. Current availability extends to more than 130 clinics in the US, including expanded home-use access within the US Veterans Affairs Healthcare System. Simultaneously, Onward Medical achieved its first participant enrollment and first implant for the investigational ARC-IM® System in the Empower BP global pivotal study. To date, 22 participants are enrolled across 14 clinical sites actively recruiting in the US and Canada. The company also initiated an EIGER clinical feasibility study to evaluate the ARC-IM System for restoring mobility in individuals with subacute or chronic spinal cord injuries. Additionally, the firm advanced studies on blood pressure instability associated with Parkinson's disease and announced two additional ARC-BCI® implants.
